Hello, sweet mama. I’m here to be your village. I have been passionate about birth the last six years, and finally took the leap in September 2023. I completed my certificate for Childbirth Education in 2024 and became a qualified doula. When I am not busy being a birth nerd, I am busy being a mama to three little humans, going on nature walks, and baking sourdough.

Childbirth Education course
Sign up for six weeks of thorough, detailed prenatal and postpartum education. I also include an optional seventh week at the end of my course to meet other local birth professionals that offer specific services I do not.
During the six weeks of class we will cover:
- Physiological aspects of pregnancy and labor
- Pregnancy nutrition and exercise
- Choosing a strong birth team
- Natural labor coping methods
- Stages of labor
- Postpartum preparation
Online Birth Class
Can’t make the in-person course? Don’t worry! My online program is exactly the same as my in-person class, with the added convenience of staying home.
The course will be taught on Canva, via Zoom with discussion and relaxation practice at the end of each class, just like if we were together physically!
I will alternate my online classes with my local classes, so no one will miss a chance to learn everything they can about birth education!
Birth Doula Services
Sometimes a village is needed during birth. I can provide this service through being a birth doula! I will become your advocate to experience a safe, empowered, and fulfilling birth. I can be the extra hand, voice, and eyes necessary to have a beautiful birth.
My doula services include:
- Birth support
- Monthly prenatal support visits from six months to nine months
- Two postpartum support visits
- Breastfeeding support

Postpartum Doula Services
One Postpartum Visit
This service includes one postpartum visit. I will spend the appointed four hours making sure we accomplish what you need to feel rested and appreciated.
$300
Three Postpartum Visits
This package includes three 4-hour visits. Bundle them in the same time frame, or space them out so those baby growth spurts are covered! Each visit will be spent with activities to promote rest and bonding with your baby.
$500
Six Postpartum Visits
The ultimate package for a mama who needs a village. These could be used weekly at whatever point you wish, or bundled within a couple weeks. Each visit is four hours and will be used to promote rest, healing, and bonding with your baby.
$800
Each package includes a free 30 minute consultation to go over what will best suit your family. I offer payment plans & partial trades.

Completed in the first 48 hours of your baby’s life, fresh 48 sessions are a beautiful way to capture the details of your precious one’s features before they change.

Our Birth Story - Custom Journal
This beautiful custom journal makes a perfect gift for new and veteran mothers alike, or for your own birth or photography clients.
The prompts are thoughtful and help a mother process her birth experience while also remembering the best parts. There is plenty of space for each part of the birth story, as well as coloring pages for mind breaks; and encouraging Scripture about motherhood. Lastly, in the back, there is room to put your cherished birth or newborn photos.
